Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of Noval Ride's applications, content, products, and services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Definitions

• Courier: An independent third-party delivery personnel.
• Order: The information submitted on the platform for the provision of our Services.
• Noval Ride Services: The provision of services by Noval Ride.
• Pickup Party: The individual or entity from whom the courier collects packages from a specified location through Noval Ride's platform.
• Receiving Party: The individual or entity that receives packages through Noval Ride's platform.
• Ordered by: The individual or entity responsible for placing an order through Noval Ride's platform.

Relationship between Noval Ride and User

Noval Ride is a technology tool that connects users with independent contractors for delivery services. You and Noval Ride are separate entities, and your relationship is defined by these Terms. Couriers wearing Noval Ride-branded apparel may not necessarily be affiliated with Noval Ride.

Disclaimers

Couriers wearing Noval Ride-branded apparel may not necessarily be affiliated with Noval Ride. Any request to handle money is solely your responsibility.

Indemnify

You agree to indemnify and protect Noval Ride, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

If you violate this Agreement, Noval Ride may modify, suspend, or terminate your access to Noval Ride Services and/or your Noval Ride account, with or without notice, and without liability to you or any third party.

General Provisions

These Terms form a comprehensive agreement between the Parties, overriding any prior oral or written agreements or communications on the subject matter. This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ghana.

Liability Cap

For declared items lost or destroyed, the company's liability is limited to a maximum of 50% of the declared value; for undeclared items, liability is capped at 20x the courier service charge and up to Ghc200.
